    Developed a comprehensive three year tactical marketing plan for a mid-sized CRO. Although the plan focused on marketing program execution with such components as tradeshow/conference attendance plan and budget, it did contain many strategic analytical components in the analysis of the market landscape. In the end and with the conjunction of the client, the marketing plan had solidifed a tactical resource plan, budget and even helped reposition the client to their market

    Developed strategy to enhance a CRO's messaging for global presence at industry-leading conference. Developed and presented concepts based on competitor messaging, produced pre- at and post-show material to deliver message and organized event.

    Conducted a comprehensive Business Intelligence exercise for an analytical laboratory. Major components consisted of market forces, competitive intelligence and client opinions. Both direct and indirect methods were used and report was presented to senior management.


    Many marketing tactical projects have been completed by Leapfrog. One of the most common and successful communication projects executed included the use of e-mail marketing campaigns. Several platforms have been used such as Constant Contact, EventKingdom and MailChimp.

    It is marketing best practice to carry out campaigns that are streamlined and send the same message across all customer/prospect touchpoints. Leapfrog agrees with this methodology and ensures that every project sends the same message.

    Some of examples of our projects have included: brochure development, sales/sheets, white papers, digital and printed advertising, web developments and content management, e-mail blasts, social media development, video production and photography, packaging design, promotional product sourcing, tradeshow management, booth design and procurement.

    A pharma formulation company had requested a full conceptualization, and rebranding of their tradeshow presence. Leapfrog prepared concepts based on industry "hot topics" and the client's positioning needs. we then sourced an ilustrator who prepared the design, and found a reliable printing copmany to produce the graphics.

    A CRO had requested an elegant online invitation program for a touring speaking event in which they were participating. Prepared a themed program for each tour stop. Invitations allowed for quick RSVPs and a management report at the end of each event.


    Executed a full scale web-based customer satisfaction survey that was customized so that client was directed to specific sections based on intital responses (differentiation by customer type, prosepct, etc...). This allowed for prospects to supply market research-type answers, while skipping questions that had dealt with past service. Survey was designed on an existing platform that also allowed for anonymous responses. An incentive/reward was offered which brought response rates to over 40%.

    Developed and organized themed customer appreciation events ranging from holiday parties, to tradeshow events and golf tournaments.
